My final post for Mental Health Awareness Week and I’ve really enjoyed challenging myself with my photography as well as getting outside in the fresh air. Photography is great way to connect with nature and I can definitely recommend taking a walk with a camera or even just your phone and seeing what you can find. It’s amazing what you notice about the world around you when you have a camera in your hand.
This last picture takes me back to being a kid. I grew up right by the beach and we spent so much time down there when I was little, exploring rock pools and looking at all the different creatures. These guys were always my favourite – I love the way they clung onto the rocks so tight like they would never let go. It always amazed me that they were so small but so strong.
